Invisalign® aligners resemble clear orthodontic retainers, and they are custom-moulded to fit your teeth snugly.
The aligners are designed to press on your teeth at very specific points to nudge them into new positions.
You will wear one set of upper and lower aligners for 22 hours per day for at least two weeks. Within that period, your teeth will slowly shift to match the position of the current aligner. After that, you will be ready to move on to the next set of aligners. This continues for several weeks or months until your teeth are all in ideal alignment.
Depending on the complexity of your case, it may take as little as three months or over a year to straighten your teeth with Invisalign®.
I had to have the perfect smile, the award-winning smile. I did my research and Dr Frankl was the best person who could do that for me because he was one of the first that used Invisalign. I would highly recommend Dr Frankl because he is so professional.
I have been doing Invisalign (invisible braces) here for the past 4 months and getting towards the end of my Invisalign journey. I am very happy in my decision to choose this clinic, the results so far have been super. It has been very easy to check in with Dr Frankl about my teeth and and he has been great to make sure I get the results that I want too. His team are always lovely too, thanks Maya and Dayna for always being easy to make appointments with and talk with me about whats next.

Both Invisalign® and traditional metal braces can efficiently move teeth and there is no objective way to determine which is the best. However, there are some differences between the two treatments which could make one of them better suited to your needs than the other. To find out which orthodontic treatment is right for you, schedule an Invisalign® consultation with a dentist near you.
You do not have to worry about Invisalign permanently altering your face. These clear aligners will only straighten your teeth and they will not change the position of your jaw. In some cases, Invisalign® can actually improve the appearance of the profile because of bringing into alignment teeth that may have been sticking out.
Invisalign® is not a painful treatment. Because the aligners move your teeth, however, you may experience a little tenderness each time you put in a new tray. This is temporary, and it is actually a positive sign that your Invisalign® treatment is working.
Attachments are occasionally necessary to provide enhanced leverage for Invisalign® aligners to draw teeth into healthy alignment. They are not a forgone requirement, however. Whether you need attachments depends on the complexity of your individual case. If you do need attachments, these will be coloured to blend in perfectly with your teeth so that they are not noticeable.
Yes, it is possible to have Invisalign® treatment even if you have existing restorations. Invisalign is not usually affected by dental crowns or fillings, and you can even get Invisalign® if you have a dental implant. Dental implants cannot be moved with Invisalign®, but your treatment plan will account for your implant to ensure it is not affected by your aligners.
Currently half way through my 23 week Invisalign procedure, which has being a relaxing experience. The whole relaxed environment transfers from the professional Dr Frankl & his team. There service is excellent, affordable, and I would highly recommend Lotus clinic.
